Refund policy
Returns
As long as the item is in brand new condition (unworn and unwashed), you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Presale items can be returned 30 days after receiving the item. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will refund you the cost of the item(s) within about one week from when the item is delivered to us. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
You can pay the cost of postage at your local post office or generate a pre-paid return label through our system below. If you choose the pre-paid return label, we will deduct that cost from your refund.
Exchanges
Please complete the form below and email us for any exchange requests. If an item is exchanged or replaced, your order(s) are no longer eligible for a refund.
Damaged Goods
For an item that has arrived damaged, please e-mail store@solomid.net within 7 days of receiving the damaged item along with photos of the item(s) and packaging and we’d be happy to help you out.
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. If your request has been accepted, your pre-paid shipping label will be sent in a second email.
